How I can help:

  • Help you when you need to raise a complaint about a hospital, GP or clinic and feel you are not being listened to.
  • Take your concerns about provision of new treatments and therapies to a higher level such as NICE or the Integrated Care Board.
  • Use your experience and that of others to identify areas of improvement for the NHS and challenge health leaders to make changes.
